Autobar Issues

I am not sure what the autobar is used for just yet but I cant see it on my 85 Pally even if I hit the button to show the anchors... I did happen to log in a lvl 1 toon.... to grant some lvls and was able to see the bar when i enabled the anchor for it... Why would it show for one toon but not the other? I even tried disabling addo...

So I disabled SBF and noticed now that my buffs are up to high now... I am running 1680x1050 if that helps...
