Firstly, when you go into the options window and then close out of it, all buffs stop being displayed until you gain or lose a buff. Not a major issue.
Update: I have found when I log in I need to open /sbf option...

player mana not updating

I'm having the same problem with the playermana bar as tintingurl reported. Though in my case it is representing rage rather than mana.
I have version 1.3 (218) installed.
The text portion under the bar updates fine and stays in sync with the player frame. I've fiddled with the animation setting, etc... but didn't make a differen...
