Edit: Confrmed, in Dalaran was getting 27fps and 161ms latency and hit shift with ArkInventory off, and it dropped to 11fps and 161ms latency. As soon as I let go, it went back to 27fps.....

You have to look at their coding more closely.
They have the event "CHAT_MSG_ADDON" registered to catch all incomming GearScore messages.
They then listen to every message, create a random GearScore/iLevel for that incomming message, then re-broadcast it back to everyone in the guild.

@JStrese, I'm not sure I'll need to do it. I was only able to test the 3.0.13 exactly 30 seconds before the servers went down. I don't think any changes would cause the lite version to shut down.
