But why are using the loot browser if you have Atlas anyway? They are pretty much the same only Atlas provides the additional maps.

That is the old AtlasLoot browser. The new browser looks like Atlas because it is way easier to maintain. We have no plans to change that.

Try the following:
1. Delete every Atlas and AtlasLoot folder (even the wtf ones)
2. Log in to WoW.
3. Completely log out.
4. Reinstall Atlas and AtlasLoot.
5. Log in to WoW with only Atlas and AtlasLoot enabled.

I am very sorry but almost the entire addon was rewritten with v6. In that process the wishlist needed to be reset.
