The menu bar still seems to be randomly disappearing at times. I think it may be connected to zoning in (i.e. when I see a load screen); apart from that, I haven't seen a real pattern.
ETA: It definitely seems to be happening right after zoning in.

Downloaded the new version. My only complaint is that I reduced the size of the frame in options...only to have it snap right back to the original size when I opened it a second time. (The slider is still at 80%, but the frame is at full size.)

The TOC file has to be edited with Notepad, as far as I know.
The line you're looking for should read: "## Interface: 30100" or something of the sort. It needs to read "## Interface: 30200" to make the add-on work properly. Sorry if that was confusing.
