Target Frame

So how do I get rid of the target frame....If I disable rFader it just removes all the textures even the bottom one. And If I disable rUnits then it just leaves the target frame in the middle of my screen

Bar Width

So I am wondering if there is a way to change the bar width. I use a wide screen monitor and I would like to have the orbs be at the edges of it and have the grey texture strech with them so the whole bottom part of my screen has the texture.
