I have 3 suggestion: 1) Could we please at what level a spell is learned Ex: RankWatch saw X use Y rank 3 (learned at 12) max rank is 8 (learned at 75) 2) There should perhaps be a level threshold before sending a whisper, maybe 3 level? Perhaps it could be an option? wouldnt send a whisper since there is a 2 level differen...
