I use the German version and Healbot 2.4.0 worked fine for me with one exception. My guild went to the new 25 man instance yesterday and some of the trash mobs are casting a dispellable debuff that looks like a frost nova on the raid. Same problem here. I think I'll downgrade healbot to a former version until this problem is fixed. :( Maybe it has something to do with chars being moved around in groups during a fight, but I am not sure. When you reload the UI the problem is (temporarly) gone, but obviously this is not a good idea during a fight.

I've tried this mod for a couple of weeks - it is great! I use it mainly for crosshealing in raids and for dispelling. Makes a priest's life much easier. Please keep up the good work!
