I'm working on a Fix, I've tested it on the PTR and had no issue with selecting the profiles for each addon. Only Issue I've had on PTR is the Chatter profile all the others worked for me.
I'm looking into it and as soon as I find the glitch that causing this problem I'll update the zip file

It still will not load the addons with the settings. I have to do them all on my own. Is there a way around this?
I'll look into it later today or tomorrow.
