 Change of Bar colours

Hi, Love the addon. Is there a way to change the bar colours? e.g 'Target Health'. In the UI options I see there is a subsection called colors but nothing changes when I alter them. I have tried running Icehud by itself and reloading the hud after making changes.
any help would be great. Thanks.
