After much agonizing over my question, I'm starting to think that the show buffs/debuffs feature in Quartz is intended only to show those that I, the player, can cast. Is this correct? This isn't going to show buffs from other players, consumables, procced buffs/debuffs, etc.? I'd want to use a different addon for that... Correct?...
