Is there any option for only 2 bars? When I turn on the bottom right bar, two bars show up for a total of three. I'd like only two if that's possible.

It all seems rather complicated, and the 2nd bar still not showing up for me even on mouseover. Im just going to reinstall my old rBBS, the different texture effects isn't worth the trouble--LOL

I know this may seem noobish, but I added the 2nd bar in the interface but Im still only seeing 1 on my Roth UI. Is there something else I'm missing?
