 need some help with r270 pls

I had a total system meltdown and have had to totally rebuild my system - in doing so I have had to reinstall everything, prior to (what we call The Great Crash) I was running r270 and had the expanded 3 panels when I opened the quest log - I LOVE THIS - makes questing So much better. Now that I have everything done and want to play...
