Just found out that I had 'show menu' bound to alt+rightbutton in 'out of combat' and if i remove it the RightButton works again. :)

I had EXACTLY the same problem. I found that "helpful" only seems to work in combat. Move your in/out of combat stuff to Default and it works a treat.
With version 2.2.5 i have a similar problem, but only with the RightButton event.
