rActionButtonStyler didn't seem to do the trick

@zork - that didn't seem to work. it just created a blur over my spells...a transparent like layer over top of them. but nothing happened when i casted a spell on an enemy.

Action Bar - Spell Glow

I was curious what add-on gives the spells the glow affect while active on the current target. As a lock, i love how my dots are highlighted on my action bar while using this ui. however i use a different ui on a druid and want to apply this same affect if possible.
