Can't get atlas to work

I used the atlas when I first started playing and after I became more familiar with the game I started to use Cosmos. As soon as I loaded Cosmos my atlas did not work. I have a button on my mini map for a toggle atlas, but it does not do anything. I went to my addons folder and I deleted everything that had to do with cosmos and i...
