State Configuration Problem

Hi I don't know if this is a bug or what, but under state configuration it does not show the stance options or dual spec options for my deathknight. It only has shift/alt switching. Also, on other characters who also have dual spec the stance switcher is not there. This is really annoying because I want to start using my dual specs.
