Power aura and Living Bomb

I am still having a problem getting this to work. I can see the icon for the spell, so I am close. But what is really funny is it was reflected back on me during a fight and Power aura worked just fine when it was on me! lol I guess I have a setting backwards or something. Has anyone gotten Living Bomb to work?
