 Safe-zone with channels

Hey,
The castbar dissapears behind the "safe-zone" when useing channeling spells.
I've looked through the LUA and I can't find anything. I want the castbar to run over the safe-zone to know when to cast a new spell. Just wondering if anybody can help me.
