I remember that there used to be a solution, but unfortunately i dont find it again.
Edit: *solved* I found the solution: self.Auras.debuffFilter = "PLAYER|HARMFUL"
And my second point deals with the focus frame.

The problem is that you get stuck in the loading screen and it does not continue and the only thing you can do is to close the game via the taskmanager.
it is like the problems after the maintenance one week after 4.0.1 (but i dont know whether germany was the only country affected).

i have a problem with the visibility of the hotkeys on my actionbars.
Namely they are only shown on the mainactionbar , but not on the other ones.
Is there a way to change this?

You ll never get oom and rebuffing water shield would be a wasted gcd.
So not to keep up water shield is disturbing, but the message itself, which is very good in case of the weapon buff, but not in this case when you do not need the buff.

i noticed, that the new feature of interruption does not always work correctly, e.g at the frostwyrm after Lady deathwhisper.
The castbar with highlight shows , that the blizzard cast is not interruptable, but in reality it is.
