You can change the color via Visual Timers addon options. I'm not currently in my pc but it's not going to be hard to find what you need. Still pretty new to ElvUI, been slowly configuring it and BenikUI was one of the first ElvUI addons I went for. It makes the ElvUI look so much better than default, the only problem I'm having is the buff icons have orange above them instead of class colours.
