 Name plates and Combo Points

How to I disable the LUI Nameplates? There is no "Nameplates" module anymore.
Also, I cannot change the size of the combo points on my rogue. I see under things like "Chi" where I should be able to, but the size doesnt actually change. The background of that bar gets bigger, but the combo points do not.
