I'm using the latest build of TomTom as of the date of posting & I'm not sure if these issues have been brought up before but I'll bring them up anyway,
1 - TomTom waypoints are being saved on the main map but will not appear on the mini map after logging out and logging in for a new session without refreshing my UI after logging...
