 Uninstall and clean all settings

I've messed up a couple of settings and I am wanting to do a full uninstall and fresh install but when I do that my old button layouts are still there and when I enable BT everything reverts to how it was before the clean install. What files do I need to delete or modify so I can do this without having to uninstall all my other addon...
