NOT dependencies

I can't get a NOT multipleid dependency to import by set. It does all the AND dependencies just fine, but the NOTs just don't show up. Timer Settings with import and Hide vs. Invert

I have a set that has a number of auras that should invert when under X seconds. Those timer settings aren't carrying through an export/import set. Also, I can't seem to change between "Hide Aura and Timer until above..." and "Invert Aura when below...". It's defaulting to Hide Aura Above for debuffs, which makes what I'm trying t...
