put it in the wow beta data folder. Still getting that voice! path should look like... (wow beta folder)/Data/Sound/Creature/SkyAdmiralRogers/VO_Sky_Admiral_Rogers_Bombing_01.ogg try clearing your cache... should work then... if it doesn't then let me know.
