I am having issue with keybindings in this UI. No matter what i do, I can't keybind any of the hotkeys. I've tried binding through the default Blizz keybind, and binding through Bartender, but neither works. I keep getting the issue "Can't bind mousewheel to actions with up and down states". I am not trying to bind to the mousewheel....
