tooltip

hi, i love the ui, i have 1 big problem, i'm a clicker and when i put my mouse over a spell, the tooltip is on my cursor.
is there a way to either move the tooltip, or have it not show in combat ?
p.s. tiptac doesn't seem to move this tool tip :(. and i've been searching for an answer for hours watching vids...it's frustrating :(
