Thanks, I was finally able to download 2.2.1 and not encountered the error. Btw I like being able to use the tracker again.

I did. And they said its QuestGuru. The person at the site for Gatherer said their thing doesn't mess with formating etc. and getting the error when mousing over the quests in the tracker does...
