Consolidating Buffs

Hello, i was wondering if there was anyway to consolidate the major raid buffs. Either like the blizzard default or something similar to ElvUI's buff bar by their minimap.

Ok, so what I am trying to do is essentially have grid always be in a kgpanel I made. In other words, when I am in a 5 person group the bars would be a set length/height to account for the panel. If I were to join a 25+ raid group the bars would have to be re-sized in order to still be in the panel. Is there any way I can accomplish...
