I found a bug, I dont know if it is with NTK or dispelborder so I posted it on both, when i have dispelborder enabled NTK stops tracking debuffs, it still tracks buffs, also tried POWA to track a debuff and that works fine so i dont know which mod is causing this, there is no error's thrown

Is there a way I can either have buffs I can dispel only show on my target or have those buffs be larger? I tried dispelborder addon but it breaks some other addons i have.
