 Items missing in UI

I love the UI but I am having some problems with it :( On the top left hand side there is no info display: Friends, Guild etc. But I do have the icons What Tabard I have on, along with what I've eaten. Also on the mini map no clock or plus sign. Am I installing something wrong? Thank you for your help!!!
