I've been having a weird issue with TMW on my druid and I'm wondering if I'm the only one.

I'm trying to do some custom skinning of VuhDo with kgPanels and don't seem to be having any luck.
What I'm looking to do is to place a border around each of the health bars and category headers, but can't seem to find a good way to do this...any suggestions?
