Can't put skills on right Action Bar

For some reason I cannot put any skills onto my right action bar, but I can put skills onto my left one. I made sure both settings for the two were the exact same, and still no luck. Also, I somehow disabled the Aura section in the options menu, and now I cannot even enable it again. These are my only problems, but other than that th...
