Cannot Complete some quest.

I love that there is a new Carbonite, it really makes the game more enjoyable. The only problem I notice that When I'm in few dungeons,(Heroics) I will get the quest. but when the quest is completed, and it said " click here to complete" and the (?) Symbol does not show up and it is not allowing you to complete the quest. (as far as...
