Well the "and" might be a bit of a misnomer there. One of my frames I would like visible if I'm mousing over it, in combat, or have a hostile target. Otherwise it would remain hidden.
If it's not currently possible (I didn't see anything about multiple visibility selections in the layout instructions) I... just think it would be...

I don't suppose it would be possible to include more conditions for frame visibility?
For example, I'd like to be able to view certain buff frames on mouseover, in combat, and with a hostile target.
If there is some way to do this currently, I don't know how. :p
