NeonSkin, When you disable the bags.lua file FreeUI then will use the standard Blizzard bag setup meaning you will have the Blizzard UI bag art, and bags that are no longer hidden/skinned for FreeUI. You have to then either get a seperate addon to hide the bags etc... or add some code to an existing .lua file that you want FreeUI...

spiros83, Go to your Interface\AddOns\FreeUI\scripts folder and find the file named bags.lua and either delete this file or rename it bags.lua-- or something else so that the file is not loaded when you start wow. Place whatever bag mod you want to use within your AddOns folder after doing the above and you will be good to go.
