Tooltip and Carbonite

I use Carbonite quest and it has a feature that shows if the focused unit is needed for your current quest whenever you hover over that unit. Currently, the unit's health bar on the tooltip is over the top of Carbonite's message. Is there a way for me to remove the unite healthbar feature on the tooltip or at least move it? Thanks...
