Lightheaded Bug

I noticed when you click on an NPC in Lightheaded to mark it's location, it makes the mark on my Zangarmarsh map. This never happens when I'm marking the locations for quests...only when I click on a quest, and then on the NPC's name to mark their location. Anyone else experience this?
