UI scaling

I can't change the scaling of the UI. When I change the UI scale it just resets back to default scaling. I've got auto scaling turned off. I tried the scaling with default ElvUI and it works just fine. There seems to be an addon interfering with the scaling of the UI. Any ideas on what it might be?

First of all thank you for taking the time to make this. I have discovered an error inside the code for inspecting people. When I inspect someone it shows the classicon as a green square.
