Nauticus can be found in several places, WoWInterface being one, and WoWAce being another.
The 3.0.3 version is found on WoWInterface, and with that one it indeed works without errors. The version found on WowAce however does cause the problems. My fault for using an alpha version.

I've discovered a conflict between TomTom and Nauticus.
Disable either of these addons and there is no problem, but with both active the game stalls when entering instances. The only thing you can do then is restart the PC and log in again. Note that you can play normally once your inside the instance, and exiting the instance doesn...

I tried that solution today, but then I got the following error:
"Interface\Addons\PlayerRating\PlayerRating.lua:8 attempt to call method 'RegisterEvent' (a nil value)"
You need to add 'AceEvent-2.0' to the first line, but in my case it still generates my previous error afterwards. I've looked at it, but can't see where it goes...
