 My tom tom doesn't work

I may have done something wrong but i put the tom tom folders into the addon, log into wow and disable all addon, then enable the tom tom. When i get in it doesn't show any error nor the tom tom at all.
p.s i used the tom tom before and right now i'm using a vista
