I'm having trouble getting blessing of virtue to show in healing raid frames. I've whitelisted the spell (200025) but still not seeing it on the raid frames when cast. Anyone know how to fix that?

I don't use the Altzui raid frames when I pvp and I noticed that the Action bar numerical countdown is connected with the raid frame numerical countdown in aurora. Still having problems with queuing for a battleground. I've gone so far as to delete my interface folder and reinstall 7.19 so that altzui is the only addon I have. I've also tried removing the cache and wtf folders on a fresh install. No success. Is there anything I need to specifically delete or change to get it to work?
