I've been trying to find where I can smooth out the energy gain so it'll update by each point, instead of 20 points??

Currently using the v.2.2.7 (which still works), however, there's a problem with the right actionbar (as seen in the picture below). There's a 2nd grid background that I cannot find and delete in the lua files (it's like that for the other bars as well)... Any clue?
