TomTom working for some characters

I use TomTom+Lightheaded. Works great except that it does not work for all my toons on my account. I've tried everything I could think of. For the toons that it does not work for this is what is happening: The addon is active and I can get to it via interface or /commands. I can NOT set a waypoint. I can not click on blue coords...
