the uploaded version doesnt have icon and class color support in the middle section of the actionbar for monk, demon hunter and evoker.
you can fix that like this:
Delete the old CaithClassic Actionbars 2

Just 2 missing states to report for WAs
1) Hunter does not have a default (no active buff) state
2) For priest you have forgotten to update to high quality new icons (Priest2.png instead of Priest.png)
3) Some issue with Pitbull and Shaman Class (a black fade border in debuffs frame)
Other than that its fantastic so far...
