 tried downloading...doesn't show up in addons?

hi there,
I tried to download it... followed the instructions correctly, like I have been for all other addons (into interface / addon folder, unzip it to the addon folder) but it's not showing up when I open WoW and go to the char screen to enable the addon? I tried in-game typing "/ gather options" (without first space) and it cam...
