 Can't set bindings

Binding mode isn't working for me. When I open the binding window and click on a spell to bind it, it just tries to cast the spell instead. Still happens after removing my clique saved variables and turning off all other addons.
I'm having the same issue. Will not set new bindings. I use ingame raid frames and very few addons....
