Hello, I have a persistent problem with my far right action bar. I do not use the detracting action bar that you can click to appear and disappear. Just a simple 2 row, 6-7 typical column action bar on the right side. Anytime I log into the character, it's gone. I can still hover over where the action bar should be, and can still...
