Grid Out of Range Check Not Totally Accurate

Has anyone had issues with the Out of Range check on Grid? I find that on my Druid it will mark the person out of range too soon. Grid will grey out their name at maybe 36-38 yards when healing can occur up to 40 yards. I checked the GridStatusRange.lua file and it seems to be hard-coded at 40 yards.
